image At the beginning of August I plan to participate in a local open Art exhibition at Allanbank arts (www.allanbankarts.co.uk). The painting I plan to show is titled Cumledge Mill Bridge in watercolour. Cumledge mill bridge is a local bridge around three miles from my house situated on the river Whiteadder. Cumledge mill itself is was the location of a mill that made Linen, the mill is no more, however the Linen produced in the mill is now very valuable and what were the houses for the mill workers houses and the big house for the mill owner are still standing today.

I very much look forward to exhibiting with fellow local artists .
