Labours of love is my first solo art exhibition and is the culmination not only of many hundreds of hours of work, very late nights and very early mornings but it is a dream come true and a significant step in my journey.

It is a celebration not only of the lands, people, wildlife and places  of the Scottish Borders, north Northumberland, Scottish highlands and beyond  which have inspired my work but those who have and continue to support, guide and Beleive in what I do and my journey so far.

Like any artist I put my heart and soul into my work , with every piece there is a pice of myself with it. There is no greater reward for an artist than to make people smile, to recreate those special memories, and to mark that special occasion with something so personal and unique.

I must give my deepest thanks to Scottish Borders Council museums for the amazing opportunity to exhibit my work and tell my story. I am also honoured  and humbled to be working with such an amazing charity like Poppy Scotland, who do such amazing work supporting our service men and women.

I do hope you can join me for this amazing experience and join me to celebrate our landscapes
